This migration and merger has been planned in order just to make our international website more useful, convenient, comfortable and price clear for our customers.
Therefore, we have decided to merge our current international website (https://toot-international.com) with our Japan website (https://toot.jp).
It is scheduled to take effect on May 14, 2025 (Japan Standard Time).
We believe that this migration and merger will be able to bring benefits to customers. For example; lower product prices for export, clarification of customs tariffs and shipping fees, and having our entire inventory under one control.

- New Shopping Cart Statement for the Payment
At the same time with the payment of the product price for foreign regions, the customer pays the customs duty and VAT/Local Tax calculated by DHL, and we pay the price via DHL on behalf of the customer as the importer.
These prices, duty/tax and shipping fee are shown in the payment statement list on the checkout page.
So there is no need to worry about the amount of customs duty/local tax or payment before receiving the package of your order.

Please note that your purchase history from the previous site (current international site) will not be displayed on the new merged site.
So if you want to keep your browsing history and/or the item information which you have purchased, please save them by taking screenshot(s) or other way before the migration date.
However, if you register as a new member at the new URL (https://toot.jp/en/) with the same e-mail address as the previous site, your available membership points will be transferred and can be used.
